Relax, reflect and recharge with a Forest Bathing experience. An evidence-based, transformative wellbeing practice that's modelled on the Japanese pursuit known as Shinrin-Yoku, which translates to 'bathing your senses in the atmosphere of the forest'.
You will be guided, by a qualified and experienced Forest Therapy and Mindfulness guide, through a series of group and solo nature-inspired activities designed to deepen your connection to the natural world. Proven health benefits of connecting deeply to nature include lowered stress and anxiety, boosted immune system, improved focus and feeling energised.
