Falconry Day

19th Aug 2020 10:00 - 17:00

Falconry Day | Family events | Exbury Gardens | New Forest, Hampshire

We are very excited to be joined by Toby Puddle of South Wilts Falconry this summer, with a falconry day specially designed to showcase a beautiful selection of birds of prey, whilst maintaining social distancing and other hygiene measures.

Toby has been a practicing falconer for over 18 years and has had the privilege in working with some of the country's most respected faces within the sport.

Area titled 'The Park' on the Map & Guide (available from Visitor Entrance). Please ask a member of staff at the Visitor Entrance if you're unsure.

The day will consist of two flying displays at 12.30pm and 3.30pm. Between displays, a range of birds of prey will be on show for visitors to watch.

To maintain social distancing, visitors may be allocated to a specific performance of an event, according to their gardens arrival time slot. For example, if you arrive at 10am, you'll see the 12.30pm display, if you arrive at 2pm, you'll see the 3.30pm display.

Free to paying visitors or Friends of Exbury members. Book your visit by clicking the button below.

‘What could be better on a trip down to the New Forest than a walk in a beautiful garden, a ride on a steam train (which my grandson adored!) and a chance to see the Beaulieu river close up? A memorable day out and a gem of a place’
