Exbury Gardens boasts over 200 acres of woodland beauty and botanical rarities.

In addition to our beautiful gardens, Exbury also possesses a magnificent miniature railway that tours 1.5 miles of the northern part of the gardens. Plus tea rooms, an adventure play area, art exhibitions, unique woodland wildlife, special family events and guided tours by horticulture experts.

Discover Exbury's world-famous displays of rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias and explore over 20 miles of pathways, three woods, riverside walks and abundant parkland.

Please note that Exbury Gardens & Steam Railway closes for annual maintenance work over the Winter and is not open to the public at present. We will however open for special events on some weekends during November and December 2018, such as the Postal Express and traditional Family Christmas Events. The gardens and railway will reopen to the public on Monday 23rd March 2019.
