Easter at Exbury

Friday 30th March - Monday 2nd April

web bunny 2web bunny 1Throughout Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday there will be special train trips on the steam railway where children can spot Easter bunnies and other animals in the woods on the journey through the gardens. The Easter Bunny will also be making an appearance with a basket full of goodies to give out so keep your eyes peeled for him!

There are two new Easter trails to follow where children are encouraged to find their way through different parts of the gardens, and there will also be a special colouring competition hosted in the newly refurbished Mr Eddy’s Restaurant and Café with a chance to win one of four chocolate Easter eggs. Our new menu will be available with spring treats for all the family so make sure you pay us a visit!

‘A truly fantastic day out. My wife and I were bowled over by the amazing spring colours of rhododendrons and azaleas and there was literally colour everywhere. There are beautiful areas to walk through as well as places to sit. We took a picnic in the hope of being able to sit by one of the ponds and were not disappointed – the reflections were as spectacular as the real thing! The next thing we want to do is return in the autumn to see the colours change as it must be beautiful’
